What is your return policy?
All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Yamazaki gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

To return an item, please reach out to us via our contact form or at info@theyamazakihome.com and be sure to include your name, order number, list of returning items, and the reason for the return.

Once your item(s) are approved for return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. A flat return-shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund. Orders that qualify for free shipping (orders over $150) will also be subject to this return shipping fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We’ll refund your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of accepting your return.


What if my items arrived damaged?
If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, we’re sorry!  Please reach out to us at info@theyamazakihome.com and be sure to include your name, order number, as well as photos of the damage.

Once we approve your exchange request, we’ll send your new item(s) within 1-3 business days. You will get a new order confirmation email with shipment tracking once it’s on its way to you. Please note: Due to limited stock, we can’t always accommodate all exchange requests.
