What is your return fee? 
A flat return-shipping fee of $9 applies to all returns.

Returns due to defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items will not be subjected to return fees.

What is your return policy?
All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Yamazaki gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

To return an item, please go to returns.theyamazakihome.com. Please provide your order number as well as the email associated with your order to initiate the return.

Once your item(s) are approved for return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. A flat return-shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund. Orders that qualify for free shipping (orders over $150) will also be subject to this return shipping fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We’ll refund your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of accepting your return.

What is your exchange policy? 
Exchanges are handled as returns. We will issue a return label for the original shipment, at which time, another order can be placed for the desired item(s). Please note that our standard return fee of $9.00 will be applied to the return and the second shipment will be subjected to our standard shipping rules.

What if the wrong item(s) arrived? 
Please reach out to us through our contact form, and be sure to include your name, order number, as well as photos of the mis-shipped item(s). We will be happy to resolve all issues and get the correct item(s) shipped out as soon as we possibly can.

What if my items arrived damaged?
If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, we’re sorry!  Please reach out to us through returns.theyamazakihome.com and be sure to include your name, order number, as well as photos of the damage.
