Rights Management Terms


At Yamazaki Home, one of the foundational elements of our company philosophy is that home design is constantly evolving. We see that play out in the various ways Yamazaki Home products are used throughout people’s homes. Seeing and sharing this change play out in real-time, especially in ways we could have never envisioned, brings us the greatest joy.

We occasionally reach out to request permission to share posts, comments, photos, and videos with our audience. The choice to allow us to share your content is entirely your own. Ownership of the content remains under your control at all times and you have the right to revoke the license at any time.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #shareyamazaki, you are agreeing to grant Yamazaki Home a royalty-free license, allowing Yamazaki Home to take the actions outlined below.

  • Paid support of social media posts
  • Publishing to Yamazaki Home's websites
  • Use in Yamazaki Home's digital, email or text message communications
  • Use in online advertising within social media platforms
  • Use in general online advertising (i.e., search, websites, digital, etc.)
  • Use in off-line advertising (i.e., broadcast, print, display, etc.)
  • Combination with other content for any of the above uses.

The same conditions apply when you tag us with any of our social media campaign hashtags.  

Please also make note of the following:

  • Yamazaki Home has three global locations: Japan, the United States, and EU.
  • We will always include the media creator’s handle or byline.
  • It’s standard for these licenses to last indefinitely but we limit our use to a maximum of 12 months from the time the license is agreed upon. Again, the media creator retains the right to revoke the license at any time.

Revoking rights or intellectual property infringement

To revoke rights to a particular piece of content or if you believe that content is being used without permissions, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team who will address the issue.
