"Yamazaki Home products were an ideal fit for our Jyubakos—their beautiful, minimalistic, and Japanese-design aesthetic echoed our own design philosophy which guided the development and build of the Campfield and Jyubakos."
About Jyubako. Opened in 2024, the Long Beach Campfield is Snow Peak’s first campground in the United States and fifteenth globally. Nestled on the Long Beach Peninsula along Washington’s Pacific coastline, the 25-acre site offers a reimagined camping experience centered on comfort and connection with nature. The Campfield offers premium amenities, with a fully stocked Campstore and Cafe, spacious Wash House with private showers, and luxurious Ofuro Spa. Campers can choose from three different site options: Field Sites, Tent Suites and Jyubako cabins. The word Jyubako loosely translates to Living Box in Japanese. The Jyubako cabins were originally designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma, with slight modifications made for the campfield environment.
